I shot this a few years back -- was in St. Louis with a friend of mine on a cross-country road trip. After taking a trip up to the top of the arch, we were walking around the base. I looked up and decided to snap a few pictures of the arch from below, and was pleasantly surprised with how well they came out :)
What a great picture! My compliments to the photographer. The arch is amazing in it's grace and slenderness, and this photograph does a good job of conveying that.
